Learn the basics of Excel so you can create spreadsheets,
enter data, perform calculations, insert charts, and start
managing your 昀椀nances.
Intermediate Excel
Monday, August 11 • 7–8:30 pm
Build on the skills learned in Excel Basics: learn how to
add visual elements, use pivot tables, sort data, and create
workbooks.
Microsoft Word Basics
Monday, August 18 • 7–8:30 pm
Learn to use Word to create documents, resumes, and more.
We’ll cover margins, indents, tabs, inserting images, saving, and
printing.
PowerPoint
Monday, August 25 • 7–8:30 pm
Learn to create presentations by inserting text, shapes, and
images. Customize your presentation by adding animations,
transitions, and themes.

Learn how to use this Google app to create spreadsheets and
charts and start managing 昀椀nances.
Google Docs
Monday, September 22 • 7–8:30 pm
Learn to use this Google app to write documents. We’ll cover
margins, indents, tabs, inserting images, and researching your
paper with the Explore button.
Google Slides
Monday, September 29 • 7–8:30 pm
Learn how to use this Google app to create presentations by
inserting text, images, and YouTube videos. Then customize your
presentations by adding animations, transitions, and themes.
